Chargeback / Refund Report
Chargebacks:
If you are using PrimeiroPay through Adyen, Chargebacks are not automatically reported back to you.
You will have four options on how to retrieve Chargebacks for your own reconsiliation:
1) You can run an export from our backend (BIP) and import all chargebacks to your system
2) Our settlement report contains all chargebacks and the settlement report is identical to Adyen's settlement report
3) You can send us an XML request to retrieve chargebacks automatically. Please click here to check the XML Guide.
4) You can retrieve chargebacks through our webhooks. Please get in touch with your Account Manager to have this setup for you.
Refunds:
Refunds through Adyen.
You can also trigger Refunds sending us a an API request or direcly in BIP.
