Refund

Refunds for Credit Cards:

Refunds for Credit Cards can be triggered in our BIP (Backend). Please check the link below for a guide on how to do it. If you need further assistance, please contact your Account Manager

 

Refunds for Boletos:

Refunds for Boletos are not automated as Boletos are a cash payment. You will need to obtain the following information from your customer:

Account number, Agency, Bank, CPF/CNPJ

Please make sure that you let us know the respective TransactionID.

With the information above our Account Management is happy to process a refund to the user.
